Do I need to move everything out first?
Yes. Move cleans work best in empty spaces so we can reach every inch, including inside cabinets, closets, and appliances. If furniture is still in the space, we may not be able to complete the full checklist.
Do you clean inside appliances and cabinets?
Yes. Inside the oven, fridge, dishwasher, and every cabinet and drawer are all part of our standard move clean.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring everything needed to get the job done.
Can you coordinate with my landlord or realtor?
Yes, just let our office know and we’re happy to communicate directly about access and timing.
Do I need to be there?
No, as long as we have a way in, such as a lockbox, access code, or a key. We’ll take it from there.
What if I need to reschedule?
We just ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can adjust the schedule.
